A typical day for Hanna will start out with her exercising at 5 a.m. with some ladies from her discipleship group. After teaching biology and chemistry all day, she will finish up dinner for the church's worship band, pick up the lead guitarist's baby boy, tutor a girl in chemistry, rehearse the piano with the band, and lead a college-aged class through the book of Acts. All of this before she and her husband tucks their children into bed with a family devotional time.
Hanna graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Middle School Education in 2009 and from Georgia State University with a M.S. in Science Education in 2013. She is a dedicated teacher, not only in the public school where she teaches, but also as a Sunday School teacher. She, along with her husband, lead the international missions arm of PBC. While serving with the International Mission Board from 2011-2014, Hanna enjoyed taking part in small groups of women storying the Bible.
Hanna enjoys snuggling with her two children, taking long walks, and traveling.
